Présentation du projet
This project involves the upgrading of the hamlet of Penau placed in the middle of nature in the commune of Mont-sur-Lausanne but a few minutes from downtown Lausanne, and proposed the creation of 23 new homes.
The existing buildings are demolished, rebuilt in the respect of their original size and character. Different types are available; flats, duplex, triplex and mainly with surfaces ranging from 90 m2 to 190 m2, generous external extensions and independent access.
The method of construction wood frame and slabs of solid wood, no basement, offers a simple implementation, fast and economical.
