New housing neighbourhood
The “Grand-Record” sector, a strategic location at the entrance of Préverenges, facing Morges, enters its next molt. The main challenge of the new district plan is to connect with existing fabrics: to the village and its castle, to the housing district Uttins, and to the west, to the vineyards of the Monteiron hill, not to mention the constraints of the road and its pollution. This new district will accommodate between 400 and 450 new residents in this town of 5,000 souls.
