Présentation du projet
The program intended for the Commune and the Cooperative are respectively divided into two distinct Buildings set on the edge of a parcel which opens to a common park. On the ground floor a meeting area for the users provides access to the different buildings.
The frame of the building provides a central space which offers residents, EMS included, a multigenerational relaxation and recreation area.
The layout of buildings naturally following the existing slope of the land enables the majority of apartments to benefit of interesting visual openings in 3 directions.
Each apartment features a kitchen open to the living room, extended by a loggia. A "simple" home automation facilitates the daily tasks for the elderly.
