The Lavaux landscape was shaped to tame the slopes. On site of Boverattes, Pully, this requires the creation of terraces in order to build with respect to the topography. The project consists of six buildings of 124 apartments set into the slope over three levels. The curves of the buildings allow to accommodate two public areas. The landscaping was designed to promote sustainable mobility and particularly the movement of people with disabilities.
The apartments are north-south oriented. The rooms are on the north side and the living areas on the south side. The majority of the units have views of Lake Geneva. The units are designed to accommodate a mixed and inter-generational population composed of 30% of seniors and disabled people and 70% for families.
