The “Domaine du lac” accommodates two luxurious villas whose linear and refined architecture emphasizes the green character of the area.
In each residence a central patio connects the three levels of living space articulating the spaces as a set of prisms. The ground floor houses the reception, relaxation, restoration and study areas, while the first floor serves as a rest area and the basement as a recreation area.
Double heights allow dialogue between the different levels while enhancing the entrance and view on the lake. By facades setbacks, the relation to the lake is staged and thus reinforced. In contrast, the south facade entirely overlooks the lake.
