The project proposes an implementation which aims to maintain the quality of the views and clearance of the site and existing buildings. Thus, all future service buildings and productive Greenhouses are concentrated at the bottom of the plot and thus marks the boundary of the institution.

The concept first reflects upon the organization of the “agricultural building with yard” around which all the activities organized. Following, the urban and weather constraints imposed by such a program were analyzed with special attention. The result is the creation of a reference space: a courtyard around which the project is organized and articulated.
