Located near the new Malley station, the building has nine apartments on three floors and a parking level that connects to the basement of the existing building on the plot. At the ground floor, the creation of a developed area allows the connection between the new and existing buildings. This new meeting place connects the entrances of the two buildings. The project required an exemption from the district plan that included a tertiary assignment for the second building allowed on the plot, which allows us to respond to the current housing shortage.

The project wants to highlight the horizontality expressed, seeking contrasts with the verticality of the existing building, it takes form with a superposition of horizontal stripes. The light colored minerals bands take the height of the windowsill and form a continuous belt across the building perimeter. While openings are included in a dark stripe in a slight retreat, it is punctuated by alternating modules of glace and metal panels. In addition, the facade is characterized by its corner balconies corresponding to the outer extensions of the major living spaces.
