This competition aims to achieve new home and workshop structures. An implementation survey, previously conducted, sets the template of the competition: the new volume must fit into the continuity of the existing building. The competition program is mixed: housing, personal development workshops, cafeteria, administration and laundry.

The project is to clearly stratify the different parts of the program. Taking into account the lack of mobility of residents, the project seeks to enable everyone to enjoy an outdoor area nearby. Thus, the volume is opened in a way to offer an outdoor extension to every activity .
