MSE “Berges du Léman”

The concept called “Plug-in” provides a compact extension accompanied by a requalification of the entrance space and a revalorization of the original rotunda. The goal is to minimize the impact on the existing property while respecting the volume and historical value of the existing dining room.

The site is completely redesigned by three thresholds: the access area, the park, the residence.
The access area now provides a vegetated parking for visitors and secure pedestrian access. The layout of the park is redesigned with looping pedestrian paths punctuated by events: trail of the senses, vegetable gardens, thematic and leisure. The project features an enclosed garden in direct relation to the extension and development of wooded property. There is a requalification of the Residence’s main entrance. An extension of the ground floor meeting spaces on the panoramic terraces is also planned.
